Abstract:
This correction system is for a work site and comprises: a position sensor that is disposed in a work machine and detects the position of the work machine while traveling over the ground; a first calculation unit that calculates the 3D shape of the ground on the basis of the detection data of the position sensor; a 3D sensor that is disposed in the work machine and detects the ground after the work machine has traveled thereover; a second calculation unit that calculates the 3D shape of the ground on the basis of the detection data from the 3D sensor; and a calibration unit that calibrates the 3D sensor on the basis of first shape data indicating the 3D shape calculated by the first calculation unit and second shape data indicating the 3D shape calculated by the second calculation unit.
