Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a call processing method and apparatus, a storage medium, and an electronic apparatus. The method comprises: receiving a call request initiated by a calling user to a called user; determining whether the calling user is in a blacklist that is pre-signed by the called user and that is used for deducting an additional virtual resource; pre-processing the call request if the calling user is in the blacklist; and if the phone call corresponding to the call request is connected, deducting, according to a preset deduction rule, the additional virtual resource from a virtual resource account of the calling user, which can solve the problem in the relevant technology that the interception effect of an interception tool, such as an app, for spam calls is poor. An operator platform intercepts a call request on the basis of a blacklist signed by a called party, and deducts an additional fee (i.e., an additional virtual resource) from a calling user, so that the calling user balances the pros and cons of dialing a spam call, thereby greatly reducing the possibility of a user being harassed by sales and fraud calls.
