Abstract:
Disclosed is a call registration device for a passenger in a car to perform call registration by voice, in which announcement about the call registration to the passenger is properly performed by a simple and inexpensive configuration, and erroneous registration of a call due to noise generated by the announcement and a door opening/closing operation is reliably prevented. Said call registration device is provided with a voice input unit for inputting voice, a voice recognition unit for specifying the destination floor of a passenger by predetermined voice recognition processing, a call control unit for registering a call, and a voice output unit for performing voice guidance from an annunciator provided in a car. The voice output unit announces predetermined first guidance from the annunciator when the car stops at an elevator lobby and a door is fully opened. The voice recognition unit starts the voice recognition processing after the first guidance is announced from the annunciator, and ends the voice recognition processing before a door closing operation is started.
