Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a calsequestrin-based metal ion reactive particle and uses thereof. More specifically, the present invention pertains to: a calsequestrin-based metal ion reactive particle prepared by binding a physiologically active substance widely used in medicines and cosmetics to calsequestrin (CSQ) and then reacting same with metal ions; and uses thereof in drug delivery systems, pharmaceutical compositions, or vaccines. The metal ion reactive particle according to the present invention can increase the in vivo and in vitro stability, activity retention time, in vivo half-life, and antigen delivery efficiency of the physiologically active substance.
