This camera apparatus comprises a camera case, an imaging unit that captures an image of a target, a wireless communication unit that enables wireless communication with an external terminal, and a display that displays the condition of the wireless communication, the camera case having a flat first surface, the imaging unit and display being arranged flush with each other on the first surface.
