Abstract:
Selection between stereo shooting and panorama shooting is realized without enabling a camera to turn with respect to a camera-installed casing. A camera device comprising an imaging lens (11D)-fixed casing (1D), and an imaging lens (11U)-fixed casing (1U) moving relatively to the casing (1D) while facing the casing (1D), and being capable of selectively imaging a panoramic image or a stereo image, characterized in that, when the imaging lenses (11D) and (11U) are disposed in a mutually separated opened position as a result of the relative moving of the casing (1U), the respective optical axes of the imaging lenses (11D) and (11U) are set at positions capable of imaging the stereo image, and, when the imaging lenses (11D) and (11U) are disposed in a mutually approaching closed position as a result of the relative moving of the casing (1U), the respective optical axes of the imaging lenses (11D) and (11U) are set at positions capable of imaging the panoramic image.
