Abstract:
Provided is a camera unit (12), a vehicle (10), and a method for manufacturing the camera unit (12). The first wall part (112) of a housing (90) for the camera unit (12) extends parallel to an optical axis or in a slanted manner so as to gradually draw away from the optical axis in the direction from a lens (100) toward a subject. A plurality of projections (130) is disposed on the first wall part (112) in alignment with the optical axis direction. The plurality of projections (130) each have a first surface (132) made up of a flat or curved surface in which the lens (100) side is nearer to the optical axis than the subject side, and a second surface (134) made up of a flat or curved surface in which the lens (100) side is further away from the optical axis than the subject side, or made up of a flat surface parallel to the optical axis.
