Abstract:
Provided is a can body forming method. During a tank body forming process, a bottom face of a tank body is extruded between a punch (42) and a bottom face forming mold (81). Provided is a can body forming device, comprising a bottom mold (51), and a punch and a bottom face forming mold located on two sides of the bottom mold, wherein the bottom face forming mold can come close to or move away from the punch, and during the process of the punch entering the bottom mold, the bottom face forming mold and the punch come close to each other at a certain distance and remain relatively stationary. Further provided is a can body forming system, comprising a plurality of can body forming devices arranged to be connected in series. During the can body forming process, the bottom face of the can body is always extruded between the punch and the bottom face forming mold, the bottom face forming quality of the can body can be ensured, and the punch and the bottom face forming mold can be linked by means of a drive part, and the synchronization is good, and the cost is low.
