Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cancer DNA analysis method, wherein the onset of cancer can be quickly and accurately detected by analyzing a spectrum obtained by irradiating a sample including DNA with terahertz waves after applying the sample to a three-dimensional structure metamaterial sensor set to the terahertz natural frequency of DNA methylation which is a molecular-level cancer tumor marker, and the near-field amplification effect of the three-dimensional structure metamaterial sensor can be used to detect the cancer type with high sensitivity. A DNA analysis method is provided, the DNA analysis method comprising: (a) a step for irradiating with terahertz waves a DNA sample filling a three-dimensional structure metamaterial sensor having a predetermined resonance frequency; (b) a step for detecting terahertz waves transmitted through the DNA sample; and (c) a step for determining cancer type on the basis of the transmittance of the detected terahertz waves at the resonance frequency.
