Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a CANDLE-type low pressure drop particle packed bed reactor, comprising a secondary reaction apparatus. A diamond plate is provided in the secondary reactor. One or more primary miniature catalytic adsorption reactor modules are fixedly and sealedly docked with the diamond plate. A catalytic adsorption material is filled in the primary miniature catalytic adsorption reactor module. The present invention employs a low pressure drop and online replaceable particle adsorption catalytic reactor structure, fills a catalyst in the form of particles or otherwise into a sandwiched layer, and manufactures a filter-type module having a certain wall thickness. Insofar as the space velocity and gas processing volume remain unchanged, the accumulation of the catalyst in a single reactor is separated into multiple flow-through miniature reaction modules, a match between a pressure drop during a large gas volume treatment process and the reaction efficiency is ultimately implemented, and space utilization rate is increased. Moreover, by utilizing a compartmentalization principle, catalytic adsorption modules of each cavity can be replaced online or regenerated, thus implementing the continuity and stability of a production operation.
