Abstract:
A candle with a firework which is constructed such that a firework (1) is mounted to a candle (4) in such a manner to permit a firework (1b) to be ignited and permit combustion of the firework (1b) to extend and spread to a wick (2b), thus permitting the candle with a firework to continue combustion as a conventional candle. The candle with a firework gives off less ash and smoke during combustion of the firework, can be safely used and is constructed to positively ignite the candle (4). Wound around the rod-shaped firework (1) comprising gunpowder containing as a combustible material a soft resin adapted to soften at a temperature of about 50 in the centigrade scale is the wick (2) of the candle (4) to provide the present candle with a firework, which is used in candle service in the wedding ceremony and in an event such as a party at home or the like to arouse an atmosphere there.
