Abstract:
A candy cake shaping system, comprising a candy stick kneading mechanism (1), a candy stick cutting mechanism (2), a candy stick circling mechanism (3), and a candy cake pushing mechanism (4), the candy stick kneading mechanism, the candy stick cutting mechanism, the candy stick circling mechanism and the candy cake pushing mechanism being sequentially connected. The candy stick kneading mechanism (1) comprises double layers of candy kneading frames (141, 143), height adjustment can be performed between the double layers of candy kneading frames, and formation of candy sticks can be achieved only by means of the height adjustment for different size of candy sticks during spiral forming. In addition, an included angle between the double layers of candy kneading frames can be adjusted, and spiral forming at different angles can be achieved. By providing guide wheels (3314, 3324) on lifting rods (3312, 3322), and by means of fitting between guide wheels (3314, 3324) and a guide plate (325), the candy stick circling mechanism (3) achieves lifting of the lifting rods (3312, 3322), thereby controlling the distance between an upper candy circling module (331) and a lower candy circling module (332), such that the spacing between the stations is ensured to be stable; a core rod is provided at an end of the lifting rod (3312), the candy stick is secured by an end of the core rod, achieving candy stick circling when the candy circling modules (331, 332) performs self-rotation.
