Abstract:
Disclosed herein are a canopy, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) coating glue on both sides of a polyurethane material to obtain a composite layer comprising a first adhesive layer, a polyurethane layer and a second adhesive layer; (2) sequentially stacking and molding a non-woven fabric layer, a first glued glass fiber felt layer, the composite layer, a second glued glass fiber felt layer, and a film-coated base cloth layer to obtain a base material; and (3) attaching a fabric layer to the base material to obtain the canopy. In the present application, by using glued glass fiber felt and coating glue on both sides of the polyurethane material, the prepared and obtained canopy has excellent mechanical properties and a low amount deformation, and wrinkles and discoloration do not appear on the surface of the canopy.
