Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a capability reporting method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The capability reporting method comprises: sending RRC connection release capability supported and reported by a multi-card terminal to a base station. In the present disclosure, the purpose that the multi-card terminal reports the RRC connection release capability supported by the multi-card terminal to the base station is achieved. Furthermore, the purpose of enabling the multi-card terminal to request the RRC connection release in the correct manner on the basis of the configuration of the base station is achieved, and the availability is high.
