Abstract:
This capacitance detection device 3 comprises: a first capacitor C1 provided in a path between a first node N1 and a second node N2 connected to a detection electrode Es; a second capacitor C2 provided in a path between the first node N1 and the ground; a third capacitor C3 provided in a path between a third node N3 connected to a shield electrode Ea disposed close to the detection electrode Es and the first node N1; an AC voltage output circuit 31 which outputs a first AC voltage Vas to the third node N3; a first attenuation circuit 32 which outputs a second AC voltage Vdvr obtained by attenuating the amplitude of the first AC voltage Vas; and a charge amplifier 33 which supplies electric charges to the first capacitor C1 via the second node N2 and outputs a detection signal Vo corresponding to the supplied electric charges.
