A capacitive touch control liquid crystal display panel (1000) and a display apparatus thereof. The touch control crystal display panel (1000) comprises a liquid crystal panel (100) and a capacitive touch control sensing film (200). The capacitive touch control liquid crystal display panel (1000), by means of a laser cutting method, penetrates the capacitive touch control sensing film (200) from top to bottom in a non-wiring area until a notch (2023) design is implemented on the liquid crystal panel (100), making the projection area of the capacitive touch control sensing film (200) provided with a notch (2023) on the liquid crystal panel (100) less than the area of the liquid crystal panel (100), so that the corners of the liquid crystal panel (100) arranged thereupon are partially exposed; the edges of the partially exposed glass material liquid crystal panel (100) are used to implement a positioning design, satisfying the packaging and positioning design of the capacitive touch control sensing film (200) and the liquid crystal panel (100), and ultimately reducing the production costs.
