Abstract:
This capacitor element comprises an anode body, a dielectric layer formed on a surface of the anode body, a solid electrolyte layer that covers at least a portion of the dielectric layer, and a cathode extraction layer that covers at least a portion of the solid electrolyte layer. An insulating member is disposed from the outermost surface of the cathode extraction layer to a depth of 0.001 μm or more.
