Abstract:
The present invention provides a capacitor having a capacitance that is improved by increasing the surface area of an electrode constituting the capacitor, and a method for manufacturing same. The capacitor comprises: an anodized oxide film having an opening; a first electrode formed on the upper surface of the anodized oxide film and the side surface of the opening; a dielectric material formed on the surface of the first electrode; and a second electrode formed on the surface of the dielectric material.
