Abstract:
This capacitor with a seat plate comprises a capacitor body and a seat plate holding the capacitor body, the capacitor body comprising a capacitor element, a case with an opening for accommodating the capacitor element, an opening-seal member for closing the opening of the case, and a plurality of lead terminals which are disposed through the opening-seal member and the seat plate and led to the outside of the capacitor body. The seat plate has a first surface and a second surface on the opposite side to the first surface, and holds a heat-dissipating member. The heat-dissipating member is exposed from the first surface side and the the second surface side. The capacitor element is disposed on the second surface side of the seat plate. The case is in contact with the heat-dissipating member on the second surface side.
