Abstract:
A film capacitor comprising: capacitor elements 40, which include a capacitor element 100 and include relay bus bars 200, 300 that have an electrode terminal 321 connected to an end surface electrode 120 of the capacitor element 100 and have connection terminal parts 230, 330 positioned on the peripheral-surface side of the capacitor element 100; and a case filled with a filling resin. Inside the case, a plurality of the capacitor element units 40 are arranged in a direction oriented such that the end surface electrodes 120 of the capacitor elements 100 face opposite each other. In the interior of the case, furthermore provided are external connection bus bars 500, 600 having: a plurality of internal connection terminal parts 520, 620 respectively connected to the connection terminal parts 230, 330; and external connection terminal parts 530, 630 that are exposed from the filling resin and can be connected to an external terminal.
