Abstract:
The present invention comprises a capacitor body in which multiple dielectric layers and internal electrode layers are alternately layered, each dielectric layer including crystal particles of barium titanate, rare earth elements, and silicon, and each crystal particle including a first crystal particle and a second crystal particle. When a portion of the surface layer of each crystal particle is defined as a shell part and an inner portion surrounded by the shell part is defined as a core part, in the first crystal particle, the concentration of the rare earth elements has a higher distribution in the shell part than in the core part, and in the second crystal particle, the ratio of the concentration of silicon in the core part and the shell part has a smaller distribution than the concentration of the rare earth elements in the core part and the shell part of the first crystal particle.
