Abstract:
This film capacitor is provided with: a capacitor element; a bus bar which is connected to an electrode of the capacitor element; a case in which the capacitor element is contained; a filling resin with which the case is filled; a through hole which is provided to the case; a connection terminal part which is provided to the bus bar and is led out from the through hole to the outside, said connection terminal part being able to be connected to an external terminal; and an annular sealing member which is interposed between the outer surface of the connection terminal part and the inner wall surface of the through hole. Meanwhile, the sealing member has a deformable annular fin part on the outer surface thereof. The outer diameter of the sealing member including the fin part is larger than the diameter of the through hole; and the fin part is deformed so as to come into contact with the inner wall surface of the through hole.
