Abstract:
Provided is a capacitor (100), relating to the technical field of capacitors. The capacitor (100) comprises multiple metal layers (101), a dielectric layer (102) being disposed between adjacent metal layers (101); each metal layer (101) comprises at least one metal block (1011) thereon, metal blocks (1011) on adjacent metal layers (101) being connected by means of a through hole (103) to form a metal electrode plate (104), and adjacent metal blocks (1011) on each metal layer (101) being separated by a preset distance; two adjacent reference capacitors among multiple equivalent reference capacitors of the capacitor (100) share one metal plate (104) in the capacitor (100). The capacitor (100) can reduce the dimensions of a capacitor as a whole, thereby making an integrated circuit more miniaturized.
