Abstract:
A capsule endoscope and an assembling method therefor. The end portion of a housing (11) of the capsule endoscope close to a transparent front cover (12) is provided with at least two first bosses (111) and at least two first grooves (112); an Mth PCB circuit board (24M) is provided with at least two second grooves (24M1); a positioning member (3) is provided with at least two second bosses (31); the second grooves (24M1) are formed into relief spaces of the first bosses (111), thus ensuring that the Mth PCB circuit board (24M) smoothly passes through, during assembly, the inner side of the housing (11) in the axial direction of the housing (11); after a capsule core (2) is loaded into the housing (11), the lower surface of the Mth PCB circuit board (24M) abuts against the first bosses (111), the second grooves (24M1) and the first grooves (112) of the housing (11) are formed into limiting grooves, the second bosses (31) of the positioning member (3) are fitted in the limiting grooves formed by the second grooves (24M1) and the first grooves (112) of the housing (11), the lower surfaces of the second bosses (31) abut against the bottom surfaces of the first grooves (112), and the bottom surface of the positioning member (3) abuts against the upper surface of the Mth PCB circuit board (24M), such that the capsule core (2) is positioned in circumferential, radial and axial directions of a capsule housing (1) to achieve a stable structure of the capsule endoscope.
