Abstract:
There is disclosed a capsule filling machine (1), comprising: segments (11); a conveying mechanism (12); and a plurality of workstations (13), wherein the plurality of workstations at least comprise: at least two sorting and separating stations (131), a segment separating station (132), an unseparated capsule removing station (133), at least one medicine filling station (134), a segment alignment station (135), a capsule closing station (136), at least one capsule ejecting station (137) and a cleaning station (138); the at least two sorting and separating stations comprise at least a first sorting and separating station (1311) and a second sorting and separating station (1312), the first sorting and separating station being used to operate holes in a first area of the segment (11), the second sorting and separating station being used to operate holes in a second area of the segment (11) that is different from the first area, and at least one of the first area and the second area covering a partial area of at least two rows of holes in a plurality of rows of holes of the segment. Efficient and reliable operations are thereby enabled.
