Abstract:
Presented is a capsulotomy device for differentially applying, to a capsulotomy portion, power for capsulotomy according to the contact state of an electrode with respect to a lens capsule. The presented capsulotomy device comprising a capsulotomy portion for cutting a lens capsule encompassing the eye lens comprises: a measurement unit for measuring impedance while an electrode of the capsulotomy portion is in contact with the lens capsule; a state determination unit for determining, on the basis of the impedance measured by the measurement unit, the current contact state of the electrode in contact with the lens capsule; and a power application unit for differentially applying, to the capsulotomy portion, power for capsulotomy according to the contact state determined by the state determination unit.
