Abstract:
Provided are a capture probe for detecting a CAR-T cell and an application thereof. The capture probe comprises a ligand able to bind with the CAR-T cell and a fluorescent molecule bound to the ligand. The probe can quickly and accurately detect the CAR-T cell.
