DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In the herein detailed description, the preferred configurations of the invention are described only for a better understanding of the subject matter, without imposing any limitations.

The invention relates to a car park lift system (L) for use in car parks, structures where the demand for parking are cannot be met and / or parking spaces cannot be expanded. The mentioned car park lift system (L) comprises at least one ground platform (1) and at least one moving platform (2), which are positioned on top of each other, in order to allow the cars to park on top of each other. The vehicle that is to park on the lower level is parked on the base of the ground platform (1), while the vehicle to park on the upper level is parked on the base of the moving platform (2). In this sense, with the ground platform (1) and the moving platform (2), a parking space consisting of the lower and upper levels is obtained. The ground platform (1) is located on the ground where the car park lift system (L) is located. The vehicle to park on the base of the moving platform (2) (upper level) climbs to the mentioned location from the ground. To allow climbing on it, the moving platform (2) can be angled towards the ground platform (1). In this way, the vehicle that is to park on the base of the moving platform (2) climbs onto the moving platform (2) on the ground. A walking platform (3) is introduced on at least one side of the moving platform (2). The mentioned walking platform (3) allows those inside the vehicle to get down to the ground level after the vehicle is parked on the base of the moving platform (2) (upper level). In this sense, the walking platform (3) functions as a platform moving with the moving platform (2). The moving platform (2) is confined by a front edge (18) and a rear edge (19), depending on the location of the vehicle to park. At least one platform stop bumper (4) is introduced in the car park lift system (L) structure. The platform stop bumper (4) in question restricts the movement of the moving platform (2) and prevents the front edge (18) from getting too close to the ground. This prevents the moving platform (2) from tilting forward too much and from disturbing the balance. The mentioned platform stop bumper (4) is located between the ground platform (1) and the moving platform (2).

At least one safety wedge (5) is introduced on the moving platform (2), close to the front edge (18). The mentioned safety wedge (5) is responsible for preventing the vehicle parked on the moving platform (2) (upper level) from sliding down. Since the vehicle will stop sloping after being parked on the moving platform (2), the safety wedge (5) is configured to abut against the front wheels to minimize the risk of slipping. At the same time, at least two carrier trestles (6) in the form of a steel construction trusses is introduced in the structure of the car park lift system (L) in order to bear the weights of the mentioned moving platform (2), the vehicle on the mentioned moving platform (2) and the people inside the vehicle. Carrier trestles (6) secure the moving platform (2) on the ground.

The moving platform (2) is connected to the carrier trestle (6) by means of the shaft fixing part (7) and bearing shaft (8). The shaft fixing part (7) in question is in the position of a part fixed to the carrier trestle (6). The bearing shaft (8) is seated on the mentioned shaft fixing part (7).

The car park lift system (L) of the invention operates on the basis of changing the center of gravity of the moving platform (2) as a result of the motions of a plurality of moving weights (14). As a result, rotational motion (setting angle) is provided for the moving platform (2). After the vehicle is parked and those inside the vehicle have left the moving platform (2), the moving weights (14) should be moved. In accordance with the purpose of moving the moving weights (14), the car park lift system (L) comprises at least one weight push arm (9) mounted to the moving weights (14). The moving weights (14) used in the car park lift system (L) are preferably metal weights. In order to reduce the friction on the surface where the moving weights (14) made of metal material are located and the noise, a weight supporting castermid (10) is introduced under the moving weights (14). This makes it easier to move the moving weights (14) in question.

In the car park lift system (L), at least two separate ropes (15) cycle around the moving weights (14) in a closed loop. The mentioned ropes (15) are preferably made of steel and transmit the pushing force applied to one of the moving weights (14) to another moving weight (14). The moving weights (14) introduced on the right and left of the moving platform (2) move in tight synchronisation in a closed loop form by means of two separate ropes (15). In this way, the motion of the moving platform (2) is performed without requiring any electrical energy consumption. The rope (15) attached to the top of the moving weight (14) on the left is attached to the bottom of the moving weight (14) on the right, and the rope (15) attached to the top of the moving weight (14) on the right is attached to the bottom of the weight on the left. In this case, the moving weight on the left (14) moves up while the moving weight on the right (14) moves up. In this sense, in the car park lift system (L) there are two separate ropes (15) that are attached to the front of the moving weight (14) on the left, to the rear of the moving weight (14) on the right, to the rear of the moving weight (14) on the left, to the front of the moving weight (14) on the right.

The rope (15) is in contact with at least one rope pulley (11). At least one pulley fixing part (12) is used to secure the rope pulley (11) to the moving weights (14). The mentioned pulley fixing part (12) is preferably made of metal material. For connecting the moving weights (14) to the rope (15), the weight connection sheets (13) mounted to the moving weights (14) are used.

In the car park lift system (L) of the invention, the motions of two separate ropes (15) are transferred to each other by a double groove pulley (16). The motion applied to one of the moving weights (14) is transmitted to another moving weight (14). A single groove pulley (17) is involved in the cycling of the ropes (15) in a closed loop. Each single groove pulley (17) is mounted on bearings.

In the operating principle of the car park lift system (L) of the invention, first, when the rear edge (19) of the moving platform (2) is angled towards the ground platform (1) and when the moving weights (14) are close to the rear edge (19), the vehicle which is going to park at the upper level starts climbing onto the moving platform (2). Figure 1 shows an overview of the car park lift system (L) of the invention in the state ready for parking. The mentioned climbing process continues until the vehicle abuts against the safety wedge (5). At this stage, the weight balance is still at the rear of the moving platform (2). When the climbing process of the vehicle is complete, those in the vehicle leave the vehicle and leave the moving platform (2) via the walking platform (3). In the next step, the moving weights (14) must be moved upward by means of the weight push arm (9). For this purpose, the driver or operator manages the motion of the moving weights (14), using the weight push arm (9). In the mentioned process step, the moving weights (14) are easily moved by means of the weight support castermids (10), on the moving platform (2), where the have been seated on a rail. The moving platform (2) moves forward as the moving weights (14) take the position of the center of gravity of the moving platform (2) from behind to in front of the point where the platform is fixed. The moving platform (2) stops when it abuts against the platform stop bumper (4) at the final point it must reach. Thereby, the car is parked. Figure 2 shows an overview of the car park lift system (L) of the invention in the state after parking. Figure 7 shows the moving mechanism of the moving weights (14) introduced in the car park lift system (L) of the invention. Accordingly, the moving weights (14) on the left side move upward, while the moving weights (14) on the right side move upward.

In order to achieve all of the purposes of the invention and to provide a solution for the problems of the state of the art, the invention is a car park lift system (L); comprising

• At least one ground platform (1) having an area suitable for parking vehicles, located on the ground where the parking lift system (L) is located,

• At least one moving platform (2), which is introduced on the ground platform (1), which allow parking vehicles on top of each other with the ground platform (1), and which is in moving form on the ground platform (1) in question,

• At least one platform stop bumper (4) located between the ground platform (1) and the moving platform (2) to restrict the motion of the moving platform (2) in question and prevent it from tilting too far to the front,

• At least two carrier trestles (6) to secure the moving platform (2) in question on the ground,

• A plurality of moving weights (14) to allow the moving platform (2) to be moved by changing the center of gravity, • At least one weight push arm (9) in contact with the moving weights (14) to allow moving the moving weights (14) in question,

• At least two ropes (15) that are in contact with the moving weights (14) and that allow the pushing force to be transmitted between the moving weights (14),

At least one rope pulley (11) that is in contact with the mentioned ropes (15).
