Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a compound capable of simultaneously generating a base and an active species (radical) having a high reactivity. The present invention provides a carbamoyl oxime compound having, in the molecule, a group represented by general formula (I) and an optical radical generating group not having a carbamoyl oxime group. The carbamoyl oxime compound according to the present invention is useful as a polymerization initiator and a latent base generating agent. When the compound according to the present invention is incorporated in a polymerizable composition as a polymerization initiator, higher adhesiveness and post-light irradiation curing properties are obtained as compared to a polymerizable composition containing a conventional optical base generating agent.
