Abstract:
The present invention relates to a carbon absorption device and, more specifically, to a carbon absorption device comprising: a housing, which removes carbon from exhaust gas in an inner space, has, at one side thereof, an exhaust gas inlet for receiving the exhaust gas containing carbon, and has, at the other side thereof, an exhaust gas outlet for discharging the exhaust gas from which carbon has been removed; and partitions for partitioning the inner space in the housing into a plurality of absorption ends, wherein the partitions extend such that adjacent absorption ends allow fluidic communication therebetween, and thus exhaust gas flowing along a flow path formed by the partitions makes gas-liquid contact with an absorbent while sequentially flowing in the plurality of absorption ends so that carbon in the exhaust gas is sequentially absorbed, thereby allowing carbon in the exhaust gas to be absorbed at a relatively low height, and thus mounting of the present invention in a ship and the like is possible.
