Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of catalytic materials and provides a carbon-based methanol hydrogen-production catalyst, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. In the method provided in the present invention, aging facilitates even reaction of components in a subsequent roasting process and forming of a stable structure. In roasting process, by using reducing properties of a biomass-based porous carbon, metal oxides are synchronously reduced to active component elemental metals, so that a finally prepared catalyst can be directly used in methanol hydrogen production, omitting the step of reduction using H2 in a practical application process, reducing methanol hydrogen-production costs, and simplifying the methanol hydrogen-production process. In addition, using a porous carbon material having a high specific surface area as a carrier increases the amount of loading and degree of dispersion of the active component metal, thereby improving activity of the catalyst. In the method provided in the present application, a catalyst prepared using biomass waste can be directly used for methanol hydrogen production, omitting the step of reduction using hydrogen gas; the methanol conversion rate is 80%, and CO selectivity is 23%.
