Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of steel smelting, and particularly relates to a carbon cycle-based blast furnace-converter steel production method, comprising the following steps: performing ironmaking in a blast furnace to obtain molten iron; introducing the molten iron into a converter, and performing steelmaking in the converter to obtain molten steel and untreated converter gas; performing pressurization, deoxidization, dehydration, and decarbonization treatment on the untreated converter gas to obtain desorption gas and treated converter gas; and circularly spraying the treated converter gas back into the blast furnace so as to adjust the proportion of a reducing gas in bosh gas in the blast furnace. The present invention has the following beneficial effects: the cyclic utilization of the converter gas is realized, and the converter gas is circularly sprayed back into the blast furnace after being decarbonized, so that the content of the reducing gas in the bosh gas in the blast furnace is improved, indirect reduction in the blast furnace is promoted, and direct reduction is reduced, and thus, the consumption of a carbonaceous fuel in an ironmaking process in the blast furnace is reduced, and the emission of CO2 is effectively reduced.
