Abstract:
A carbon dioxide capture apparatus using a heat integrated structure according to the present invention comprises: an absorber tower for allowing an absorbent injected through the upper end thereof to absorb carbon dioxide (CO2) from exhaust gas while moving toward the lower end thereof, and then discharging the carbon dioxide-absorbed absorbent through the lower end thereof, the exhaust gas being injected through the lower end thereof and moving toward the upper end thereof; a stripper tower for allowing the carbon dioxide-absorbed absorbent to be heated while moving toward the lower end thereof, so as to strip carbon dioxide therefrom, the carbon dioxide-absorbed absorbent being injected through the upper end thereof; and a heat integrated exchanger for causing, between the absorber tower and the stripper tower, heat energy exchange between the carbon dioxide-absorbed absorbent and the carbon dioxide-stripped absorbent. The carbon dioxide-absorbed absorbent injected through the upper end of the stripper tower is partially stripped through a primary stripping process while moving toward the middle part from the upper end of the stripper tower, to form a primary stripped absorbent, and the formed primary stripped absorbent is discharged through the middle part of the stripper tower, is injected through the middle part of the stripper tower and into the absorber tower again via the heat integrated exchanger, and then forms a secondary stripped absorbent through a secondary stripping process.
