Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention a carbon dioxide phase change cyclic refrigeration system and a refrigeration method thereof. The refrigeration system comprises: a liquid carbon dioxide storage tank used for storing liquid CO2; an evaporation chamber connected to the liquid carbon dioxide storage tank and used for performing pressure reduction and evaporation on the liquid CO2 to obtain gaseous CO2; a pressure increasing chamber connected to the evaporation chamber and used for performing pressurization and cooling on high-temperature gaseous CO2; a condensation chamber separately connected to the pressure increasing chamber and the liquid carbon dioxide storage tank, and used for converting high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous CO2 into liquid CO2; and a liquid/air heat exchanger connected to the liquid of the evaporation chamber and used for receiving a low-temperature ethylene glycol aqueous solution, and exchanging heat with circulating air. The carbon dioxide phase change cyclic refrigeration system of the present invention performs refrigeration by using the liquid-gas and gas-liquid phase change of CO2, and uses the ethylene glycol aqueous solution as a heat exchange medium between carbon dioxide and air, and thus, the present invention has the characteristics of being high in heat exchange efficiency, small in investment, high in carbon dioxide circulation efficiency, and environmentally friendly and the like.
