Abstract:
A carbon fiber hub structure, comprising carbon fiber rims (1) and carbon fiber spokes (2); the carbon fiber rim (1) is provided with a hard pressed first connection area (11), the first connection area (11) being used for connecting the carbon fiber spokes (2), and the first connection area (11) is provided with a first connection hole (12) penetratingly arranged along the thickness direction thereof. The carbon fiber spoke (2) comprises a second connection area (21) abutting the first connection area (11), the second connection area (21) being provided with a second connection hole (22) corresponding to the first connection hole (12). The carbon fiber spoke (2) comprises a pre-embedded metal part (23) at one side of the second connection area (21) far from the first connection area (11); a threaded hole (24) is provided on the pre-embedded metal part (23), and the threaded hole (24) communicates with the second connection hole (22). The carbon fiber rim (1) and the carbon fiber spoke (2) are fixedly connected together using a screw (25) and an adhesive substance (28). The carbon fiber rim (1) and the carbon fiber spoke (2) are locked by means of the screw (25) and connected by means of the adhesive substance (28) so as to effectively increase the connection strength between the carbon fiber rim (1) and the carbon fiber spoke (2), thus guaranteeing the strength of the whole hub.
