Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a carbon fiber spoke having an embedded cap head, and a manufacturing method therefor. The spoke comprises a spoke body, a threaded cap and a cap head, wherein the spoke body is formed of carbon fibers, and one end of the spoke body is connected to the threaded cap; the part of the threaded cap exposed from the spoke body is provided with threads; the other end of the spoke body is provided with the cap head, and the cap head is embedded in the spoke body; and the threaded cap, the embedded cap head and the spoke body are coaxially arranged. In the carbon fiber spoke provided by the present invention, an outer portion of the cap head connected to a hub is of a carbon fiber structure, a metal piece is not exposed, and the weight of the carbon spoke may thus be further reduced; only the threads of the threaded cap connected to a rim are exposed, and the other parts are also coated with carbon fibers, such that the torsion resistance of the threaded cap end is improved; and the cap head and the threaded cap are very small in size and are close to metal spokes in the market.
