Abstract:
A carbon nanotube (CNT) structure 1 is provided with: a CNT array 2 in which a plurality of CNT 25 are oriented in a specific direction; a heat-generating element 3 that contacts the CNT array 2 from one specific direction; a heat-radiating element 4 that contacts the CNT array 2 from another specific direction; and an adhesive agent layer 5 that bonds the heat-generating element 3 and the heat-radiating element 4. The adhesive agent layer 5 encloses the CNT array 2 and thereby forms a space in which the CNT array 2 is disposed.
