Abstract:
Provided are a cationic lipid and a preparation method therefor, a lipid composition containing the cationic lipid, and an LNP-pharmaceutical composition containing the lipid composition and a preparation of the LNP-pharmaceutical composition, in particular, an LNP-pharmaceutical composition containing the cationic lipid and a preparation thereof. The cationic lipid has the characteristics of high delivery efficiency and high biocompatibility, thereby improving a therapeutic effect and a preventive effect of a drug. The structure of the cationic lipid is as shown in general formula (1), and the definition of each symbol in the formula is as described herein.
