Abstract:

A carbonated water synthesis device (30) and a carbonated water preparation system. The carbonated water synthesis device (30) comprises: a device shell (31) in which a stirring chamber (33) is formed; a blade structure (32) accommodated in the stirring chamber (33) and rotating around a rotation shaft; one or more collision interfaces (34); an input interface (10) provided on the device shell (31), located below the blade structure (32), and communicated with the stirring chamber (33) for inputting water and carbon dioxide; and an output interface (20) provided on the device shell (31), located above the blade structure (32), and communicated with the stirring chamber (33) for outputting the carbonated water with a preset concentration. The carbonated water synthesis device (30) has a relatively wide application range of water vapor pressure, requires no pressure accurate matching, does not generate retained carbonated water during preparation, and does not require complex air pressure and water pressure, thereby realizing relatively low maintenance amount.
