Abstract:
Provided is a carboxyl-group-containing polymer composition that is excellent in all of dispersibility to water etc. immediately after production, storage stability, and transparency in a neutralized viscous liquid. This carboxyl-group-containing polymer composition comprises: (A) a carboxyl-group-containing polymer which is a copolymer of monomers comprising (a-1) an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid and (a-2) a compound that includes at least two ethylenically unsaturated groups in the molecule thereof; and (B) an alkylene oxide adduct of a polyol fatty acid ester having an HLB value from 5 to 8.
