Abstract:
[Problem] To easily convert the recorded content of a familiar care recording sheet into data while using said sheet. [Solution] This care information recording system 1 is provided with: an acquisition unit 24 for acquiring read image data obtained by reading a care record sheet on which is written care information concerning the care of a person to receive care; a character recognition processing unit 211 that performs character recognition processing on the read image data acquired by the acquisition unit 24; a storage unit 12 that stores management items; and a detecting unit 111 that detects care information corresponding to a management item, from text data obtained by the character recognition processing, wherein the detected care information corresponding to a management item is associated with a management item and stored in the storing unit 12.
