Abstract:
In a carpool support method, a carpool support device, and a carpool support system according to the present invention: a vehicle allocation plan candidate for a first user (supporter) is generated on the basis of a vehicle allocation request; a support request asking the first user for consent to a predetermined support for a second user (supported person) of the vehicle is transmitted to an operation terminal; support availability data indicating whether or not the consent to the predetermined support is made is acquired from the operation terminal; and the vehicle allocation plan candidate and the support availability data are recorded in association with each other.
