Abstract:
This carrier for holding a cosmetic preparation is coated with a non-dissolvable antibacterial agent. This carrier for holding a cosmetic preparation is therefore able to be prevented from dissolution of the antibacterial agent. Consequently, it is possible to prevent mixing of dissolved antibacterial agent with a cosmetic preparation, which leads to adverse effects on the skin of a user of the cosmetic preparation, while sustaining the antibacterial effects of this carrier for holding a cosmetic preparation.
