Abstract:
The present invention provides a cartridge for extracting nucleic acid, the cartridge comprising: a first body including a plurality of chambers each of which has a port formed on the lower side thereof; a second body coupled to the lower portion of the first body; a piston rotatably disposed in the center portions of the first body and the second body and having a port formed on the lower side thereof; and a plurality of flow channels which are formed in the upper portion of the second body and each of which is formed to overlap the port of the piston at one end thereof and overlap each of the ports of the first body at the other end thereof.
