Abstract:
A cast-in-place floor slab steel bar truss and bottom formwork integrated structure and a production process. A steel bar truss (2) is of a reinforcement cage structure formed by welding a plurality of reinforcing bars; a bottom formwork (1) is made of a concrete mixed material; when concrete is not solidified, the reinforcement cage is placed on the upper part of the bottom formwork (1) so that the lower part of a web member reinforcing bar (6) extends into the concrete and the concrete is vibrated, and thus the lower part of the web member reinforcing bar (6) extends into the bottom formwork (1). According to the structure, the intensity of on-site operations of workers is reduced, the on-site construction environment is optimized, and environmental friendliness is realized, so that the entire construction period and construction quality are controllable; moreover, on-site support equipment is effectively reduced or the need for support is eliminated, so that carbon emission in the process of producing metals and supporting equipment is reduced, the use of trees for wood production and woodwork is reduced, and therefore, forest resources are saved, and the current concept of carbon neutrality is met.
