Abstract:
A casting and pouring assistance apparatus. Supports (2) are fixed to the top end of a base (1) of the apparatus, top frames (3) are fixed to the top ends of the supports, a cross beam (32) is provided between the two groups of top frames, the bottom end of the cross beam is movably connected to a mounting frame (4) by means of fixing rods (44), the mounting frame (4) comprises two groups of positioning frames (41) arranged up and down and connected by means of ribs, rotating rods (43) are fixed to the outer side of the positioning frame at the bottom end, the rotating rods are movably sleeved with the fixing rods, and an assistance apparatus (6) is provided in the base. Under the driving of a driving gear (642), a left rack (661) drives a left supporting arm (631) to move towards one side, and a right rack (662) drives a right supporting arm (632) to move towards the other side, so as to pour castable in the mounting frame, and pulleys (33) on the cross beam move in sliding grooves (31), such that a user places a ladle of the castable and the mounting frame, thereby facilitating the adjustment of a pouring port of the ladle and a mold and the use of molds of different sizes.
