Abstract:
A catalyst capable of effectively catalyzing conjugated linoleic acid synthesis, a preparation method, and a conjugated linoleic acid synthesis method. The catalyst is one or more of the solid heteropolyacid chemical compounds H3PW12O40 ∙ xH2O, H3PMo12O40 ∙ xH2O and H4SiW12O40 ∙ xH2O, or is loaded on the carrier solid heteropolyacid chemical compounds H3PW12O40 ∙ xH2O, H3PMo12O40 ∙ xH2O and H4SiW12O40 ∙ xH2O. When preparing the catalyst, mixing raw materials under magnetic stirring, undergoing secondary extraction, and heating and drying, forming by crystallization a solid heteropolyacid chemical compound. The solid heteropolyacid chemical compound has a topology which is a roughly sheet-shaped structure, having inclusions of hollow-structured particles, a specific surface area thereof being large, and capable of effectively catalyzing a reaction. The method for effectively catalyzing synthesis of conjugated linoleic acid is environmentally friendly, has simple separation, and greatly reduces "three wastes" discharge; the catalyst of the present method may be recovered and reused.
