Abstract:
The present invention provides a catalyst fines and mesh sheet pressing device, comprising a rack; a mesh sheet material rack; a fines container; a fines separation feeding mechanism; and a fines and mesh sheet pressing mechanism for pressing the catalyst fines and a metal coiled mesh sheet at a high temperature to form a catalyst slice; the fines and mesh sheet pressing mechanism comprises two heatable rollers used for conveying the metal coiled mesh sheet and pressing the catalyst fines on the metal coiled mesh sheet; the initial end of the metal coiled mesh sheet on the mesh sheet material rack is disposed between the two rollers; and a discharge position of the fines separation feeding mechanism is located above the position between the two rollers. The invention further provides a catalyst fines and mesh sheet pressing method. According to the device and the method, the catalyst fines is subjected to high-temperature pressing on a mesh sheet to form catalyst slices, such that the catalyst fines is firmly attached to a mesh sheet carrier, the problem that the catalyst fines falls off easily in a reaction process can be solved and the quality and the efficiency for gas generation or synthesis of the catalyst slices are thus improved.
