Abstract:
A fluidifying catalytic reaction regeneration method for increasing the yield of propylene. A catalyst regeneration and catalyst recycling method is provided. Catalytic feedstock oil or a first raw material (13) and a light hydrocarbon or a second raw material (23) respectively react in a feedstock oil or first raw material reactor (1) and a light hydrocarbon or second raw material reactor (2). The feedstock oil or the first raw material (13) is reacted in the presence of a regenerated catalyst, and the light hydrocarbon or the second raw material (23) is reacted in the presence of a semi-regenerant. The reaction process of the light hydrocarbon or the second raw material (23) consists of low-temperature gasification and high-temperature catalytic cracking reaction, and the heat required for the light hydrocarbon or second raw material reactor (2) is provided by the semi-regenerant after gasification, and three-zone catalyst regeneration is achieved in a regenerator. The method can significantly reduce the yield of by-products such as dry gas and coke.
