Abstract:
A catheter drug type tampon for treating vaginitis, comprising an outer tube (1). One end of the outer tube (1) is of an oval closed structure, and the other end of the outer tube (1) is of an open structure; four petal-like arc-shaped pieces (9) are formed by cutting on the end of the outer tube (1) that is of the oval closed structure. The preparation method for the tampon above is simple and easy to achieve, and enables the drug in a traditional Chinese medicine layer (6) to continuously act on the cervix and the vaginal wall, so that the cervix, the entire vaginal wall, and the posterior vaginal fornix can all be in contact with the drug. The drug has a long-lasting effect; moreover, the drug does not flow out, so the drug effect is not affected, and the contamination of underwear is avoided. During women's menstruation, the tampon can not only treat the vaginitis but also absorb menstrual blood, and therefore can also be used during a menstrual period. For recurrent vaginitis that has developed resistance to other external drugs, the traditional Chinese medicine layer can be used for treatment without forming drug resistance.
